What is the Patchwork Mail Club?
The Patchwork Mail Club is my favorite way to connect with you! As a member of the club, you receive a unique appliqué pattern and instructions, along with the fabric you need for the project, a letter from me, a sticker, and other goodies to make your mail sweeter!
Is there tracking on Mail Club letters?
No, there is not tracking on mail club letters. Each letter is intentionally sent as standard letter mail, good ol’ snail mail! For expected shipping times, please refer to the mail club page here.
What if my piece has a flaw or tear?
Sometimes, handmade art is delicate. Maybe you played too hard or accidentally washed your piece without following my care instructions, and the fabric didn’t like that, no worries! I offer free repairs — forever! It doesn’t matter if your piece is 1 month or 3 years old, I will always fix rips and tears as they happen.
How do I place a custom order?
Custom orders are currently closed. I love custom orders! To place a custom order, find this option within the ‘Shop’ page. At checkout, there will be a custom order form for you to tell me what you are looking for. After placing your $100 deposit. I will reach out to confirm all order details. Custom orders take 6-10 weeks.
Can you use apparel that I already own?
Absolutely! To do this, find the custom order option on my ‘Shop’ page and choose the ‘Use my own” option. Then you will fil out the rest of the custom form to let me know what you are looking for.. If you are local, you can drop this item off at my studio. If you are not, please watch for an email from me with shipping information.
How do I care for my Red Hat piece?
Each Red Hat clothing item is made from many different fabrics. To ensure a long lifetime for your piece, I recommend hand washing and air drying. If machine care is your only option, please turn your piece inside out and wash it on a cold, delicate cycle.
